Online Delivery

We can deliver all of our training courses online to attendees working from home or at their workplace. The courses are delivered live by a Tutor/Consultant(s) using suitable platforms like TeamsTM or ZoomTM or specialist training platforms like GoToTrainingTM.  

Live online training is different, and we have adapted our courses to the new environment. The learning aims and objectives are not affected by the online delivery, but the overall delivery duration is affected. Our experience is that online training must be delivered in short 1, 2 or 3-day learning modules. We have reorganized our 4 and 5-day courses into two or three modules delivered over two or three weeks.

All of our courses set aside a significant proportion of the delivery to small team exercises to reinforce the learning. Providing in-course feedback on these exercises can be challenging. At the request of some customers, courses have been extended to allow adequate feedback time.  

It has been our policy not to alter prices, even in the case of extended delivery.
