Our Lean know-how is second to none and has been acquired over many years of experience with many different businesses. We have helped organizations as diverse as bearing manufacturers and road builders through to leaning out births, marriages and deaths! Our strength lies in helping people fully understand the Lean principles and approaches so that they can apply these to their workplace. We have one of the best process simulations to explain the principles, process and tools of Lean. We have taught many organizations to run the simulation so that they can take charge of their Lean deployment.

We also run Kaizen Blitz events and Rapid Improvement Workshops where we transfer our know-how in short intensive one- to five-day workplace-based sessions. These events not only teach people how to do Lean, but actually result in local lean improvement that the participants can build upon.
